Busy day today! Fun stuff, but, busy!
Got up reasonably early and commenced The Watering of the Orchids, then the Marquise and I got ourselves ready and in the car, and drove out to Multnomah Falls to meet Ramblin Phyl for lunch.

A delightful time was had by all. Also, unnecessary deeply necessary things might have been purchased at the souvenir shop.
Then, back to the city; stopping at one grocery store for a few supplies; home and regrouping, off to another grocery store; back home again; a quick lie-down because OMG EXHAUSTED; but up again! and time to pack for WFC, because Yikes! we’re off to San Diego and World Fantasy at oh-jeez-o’clock tomorrow morning; but no time to think about that because it was time to cook lamb meatballs, because La Enigma and her Consort came for dinner, and the Marquise made a lovely fruit pie, and a delicious and delightful time was had by all.
And yes, tomorrow we’re off to World Fantasy. The Marquise has a fascinating panel at 8:00 tomorrow night, and mine is at 9:00; and Mark is reading Friday morning at 10:30, and Amanda Clark is reading right before Mark at 10, so if you are going to WFC those are things you don’t want to miss! None of them! 🙂 And, if you don’t find us there, we’ll be in the bar, unless we’re swimming in the pool, and that’s about all I know right now, except that I really should be in bed, and not fiddling around with the computer.
