Feeling fine now, even getting over the tireds. Which is good, because it was a busy day today! Went into the office in the morning, and got some more training, which was interesting; then I hied my way uptown and had a lovely lunch with Ken Scholes. It’s been FAR too long since we’ve gotten together; it was very good to catch up.
From there it was off to My Dear Miss Q’s new (temporary) abode, and then out to house-hunting for her; she may or may not be in the market for a house, but we agree that it only makes sense to look around, and the practice will do me good, so that’s what we spent the afternoon doing. We saw four houses; they were varying degrees of acceptable and unacceptable, but no one house was entirely acceptable, so we’ll keep looking.
Which is fun to do! I feel so empowered, using my lockbox-device to get into vacant houses, leaving my card, being asked questions like “Do you think this is a good price or not?” and actually having an opinion about it. I think this is going to be fun, once I get the hang of it. 🙂

And, have some fish pictures.
This is a reticulated loach.
I managed to capture one of the fancy guppies as something other than a colorful blur.
I have more to say about guppies, and about heirloom tomatoes, and related topics, but that’ll be for another day. Even though I’m feeling better, I still think another early night is in order. Plenty to do tomorrow, after all.
