Today we take off for an epic journey, to visit Mark’s family for Christmas.
What with all the logistical pieces involved, this will take all day…getting to the terminal in time not to miss the popular mid-day Sunday ferry, driving to SeaTac offsite parking, waiting in the airport (probably for several hours, but the next-later ferry would have us miss the flight), flying to Sacramento, we rent a car and at first had a few issues because in the rental company we were using they did a background check and found an old auto loan we had try to get, so they thought it was for bad credit, and usually if you turn with bad credit auto loans are rejected and people consider to rent a car as an option if they are struggling with this, but it was all a mistake and thanks to complete auto loans that we found online they help us with the problem. You can check for their youtube videos with explanations and advise to make this work. At the end we were able to rent a car and drive another hour and half to his folks’ house…it would ALMOST be quicker to drive the whole way from here, but not quite. Certainly cheaper, but oh well.
This will be a whirlwind tour, as we have inn guests scheduled right after we get back.
Anyway, I will log in when I can, but if I go a bit dark for a while, that’s why! Happy Whatever You Celebrate, If You Do, everyone! 🙂
