I was a little under the weather yesterday. Probably too much holiday cheer. Feeling much better today!
Which is good, because my husband is making his famous homemade ravioli, which I’ve heard about for years but have never experienced. We’re here at his mom’s house, an appropriate place for an old family recipe. The process has taken two days.
We’re going to have it for dinner in a few minutes! I cannot TELL you how good it smells in here.
The sauce took longer than anything. Maybe, if we don’t scarf it all down before I think of it, I’ll manage to get a photo of the finished product. Maybe.
