Well, Jay, at least. 🙂 I leave in an hour or so from Day Job, heading to airport and thence to the next state up from here.
Busy week around the Witch Life (both home and work), and, although I got through my entirely trivial edits of Pinion yesterday, I did no writing of my own. That will change very soon–hopefully today, in the airport or on the plane. I have a commissioned story due at the end of the month, and I finally got the shape of it in my head last night.
Or at least the shape of the start of it.
Once I get to Portland, I’ll be picked up by a very generous friend, then my role is basically “be there” as Jay goes through the tests. You can read about his frame of mind here…go now and send him good words! The waiting is the hardest part.
