I am safe in Seattle. The drive was….it’s better not to speak of the drive. I left too late, because I was disorganized. I know better. Oh well.
But! The cherry blossoms, they are blossoming! We walked on campus after dinner and saw them in full force, though it was nearly dark. But we caught some lovely pictures by lamplight.

Anyway, we’re going to go back in the daylight tomorrow and see what we can see then. And then head off to Norwescon, which we are ghosting, because reasons. (And I just learned that three (of a total of four) lanes of I-5 are going to be closed all weekend, between here and there….SIGH)
On the walk home from campus, we noticed a new gourmet grocery store. Which has gourmet! peeps!
No we did not buy them. It’s just wrong on so many levels…
