Spotted Knee

Knee is better today, and slightly uglier: But I did go to yoga, and that went almost perfectly well–my leg didn’t feel like holding all my weight all by itself, but there’s only one pose that calls for that, so it was okay. Oh and kneeling: not so much with the kneeling (i.e. Child’s Pose).
